Due to a high demand for the Hawaii Master Food Preservers Certification there is a waiting list for interested participants. Participants are selected on a first come first serve basis due to extremely limited space.

Our program is regularly held only on Hawaii Island in Kona at this time. However, with enough participants on the other islands we are able to coordinate classes based on venue, funding and instructor availability. Please fill out the form completely so that we can best accommodate you.

We will notify you in advance when a seat is available for you. If you are unable to attend the session, we will hold your place on the waiting list.
